The club is devastated to learn of the death of president and former chairman Steve Churcher at the age of 68.
A much-loved and highly respected man, Steve gave an immense amount to the football club and the sadness at his passing cannot be conveyed in mere words.
Tonbridge Angels Chair Sophie Purves said: “The club has lost a true friend and legend today. Steve put his heart and soul into Tonbridge Angels and achieved great things as chairman and more recently president.
“He was loved and respected by everyone who knew him and we will miss him very much. This is a truly sad day for Tonbridge Angels but the great man, Steve Churcher, will be forever remembered with affection and admiration.”
