TONBRIDGE ANGELS FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED (THE ‚ÄòSOCIETY’)
REGISTERED UNDER THE CO-OPERATIVE AND COMMUNITY BENEFIT SOCIETIES ACT 2014 – REGISTERED NUMBER 32445R
The purpose of the meeting was to consider, discuss and if thought fit, pass, the following resolutions or transact the following business:
 1.    To adopt a new model set of rules for the Society.
 2.    To transact any other business.
The resolution was passed unanimously by the 30 owners present.
