Our fastest growing section, Walking Football is a great way to start or return to football. Walking Football has been shown to have health benefits including reduction in the risk of cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and strokes. Hour long sessions are run at the stadium on Thursdays from 3:30pm to 5:00 pm and from 9am to 10am am on Saturdays.
We currently have an Over 50’s Mens, 2 Over 60s Mens, and one Over 40s Ladies and also currently starting up a Over 65’s men’s team! We also have aspirations to grow our ladies section for 2 teams.
