Tonbridge Angels is looking for a dynamic, football enthusiast who is a real team player to join our Men’s First Team back room staff as kit manager.
Hours of Work: Match days and match evenings throughout the season
Core Responsibilities
- To lead on the provision of kit for the Men’s First Team for both players and staff.
- To deal with Men’s First Team players” kit requirements at matches.
- To arrange kit distribution for new Men’s First Team staff and players throughout each season.
- To be responsible for the ongoing kit stock levels throughout the season; to include regular stock level checks, and liaison with the Operations Manager and Football Secretary when new kit is required.
- To attend all Men’s First Team home and away fixtures and be responsible for transportation of all kit (match, technical, medical), using the club kit van or coach travel, as well as set up of the changing rooms.
- To maintain high standards of work, keeping the whole work area of the kit/equipment storage areas clean, neat, tidy and organised.
Essential Requirements:
- Must hold a full valid UK drivers licence in order to drive the club’s kit van to away matches.
- Must have a positive, “can do”attitude and able to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage workload independently and to manage multiple tasks to completion and on time.
- Must adhere to confidentiality and the club’s code of conduct.
