It’s day two of Angelfest and it’s going to be hot, hot, hot!
It’s a full programme of events today with doors opening at noon and closing at 1am after the screening of the England v Panama World Cup group game live into Angelfest from the New York/New Jersey stadium.
Ahead of that there is something for everyone to enjoy with seven acts playing in both the Meadow Tree Marquee and on the stage in the beautiful grass area outside.
The first couple of acts, Vicky Hardcastle at 1pm and Oliver Patterson at 3pm are inside before Going Postal (below) take us outside at 4pm.

Between 5pm and 5.45pm it will be the unique DJ Hilfiger (below) in the Marquee before About a Girl and Rock Phoenix play outside sets teeing up Saturday headliners Wasted (second below) back in the Marquee between 8 and 9.30pm.

After a short DJ set it’s time for the football as Thomas Tuchel’s England take on Panama. This will be shown on a Giant LED truck screen and the atmosphere should be superb if Messrs Kane, Bellingham, Rashford, Rice etc are up for it.
Enjoy the day with all the specialist ales, ciders and spirits on offer plus a full regular bar.
Have a great time but stay hydrated in the heat. You’re very welcome to bring empty refillable water bottles which can be filled at the bar. Both bars will also have plenty of water for sale.
See below for the full programme of events.
