Tonbridge Angels celebrate 75 years
Tonbridge Angels Football Club was delighted to host a celebration of 75 years of the club last Friday.
Club legends from over the decades, including former players, management, directors and staff, were welcomed back to Longmead to enjoy a great night of entertainment. We were even joined live from New Zealand, via Zoom, by Angels legend Neil Emblen, who eloquently spoke about his career and time at the club.
¬†We would like to thank the evening’s host, Matt Davison, who interviewed various legends during the evening and all the volunteers who helped to make the evening such a great success.
¬†An auction of unique Angels memorabilia and experiences also took place on the night and raised ¬£4,850 for the MND Association and our own 12th Man Fund. The highlight of the auction being the sale of a bucket hat from Lewis Gard’s private collection for ¬£300!
The club would like to thank everyone who attended this very special evening.
