Tonbridge Angels U14 won their final game of the season to snatch the title away from local rivals Maidstone United after chasing down a five point gap difference with only five games to go.
In recent weeks, with injuries and absences, credit can only be given to each individual playing member of the squad. Every player has contributed in one form or another to what has been a hugely successful season.
The players had to deal with a huge amount of pressure going into the last three games of the season. Undeterred, they managed to score 17 goals and concede just one to bring home the title.
A league campaign that saw the Angels play 24 games, win 21 draw two and only suffer one loss. They managed to score 97 goals and only concede 15.
