Our fastest growing section, Walking Football is a great way to start or return to football. Walking Football has been shown to have health benefits including reduction in the risk of cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and strokes. Our sessions are run at the stadium on Mondays from 10.00am to 11.00am and Thursdays from 3:45pm to 5:00pm. We also run a training based session on Saturdays from 9am to 10.30am for our league teams.
We currently have an Over 50s Mens, 2 Over 60s Mens, Over 65s Mens and one Over 40s Women. We also have aspirations to continue to grow the community sessions and our women section to eventually enter more teams.
