Players, staff and officials today made a visit to Hedgehog Ward at Tunbridge Wells Hospital where they distributed gifts to the children and nurses who will spend Christmas Day in hospital.
Your generosity allowed us to distribute around 20 gifts, whilst £540 was also raised online and via the cash collection held at Saturday’s match at the Yeomans Community Stadium and this was used to purchase an Xbox Console for the communal ward.
Men’s first team manager Alan Dunne was accompanied by players Bailey Akehurst, Bunmi Babajide, Naz Bakrin and Brad Williams alongside the women’s manager Joe Rowe with players Aimee Churchill, Lucy Harrington and Charlotte Cresswell. Entertainments manager Shaz Williams represented the staff and directors of Tonbridge Angels.
We thank everyone who gave generously and helped put a smile on the children’s faces this Christmas.
