U18 forward Rob Penman and former U18 midfielder Rush Broderik have both earned well-deserved call-ups to the British Virgin Islands national under-20 football team as they prepare to compete in the upcoming CONCACAF U-20 Qualifiers.
The duo will link up with the national squad ahead of the regional qualifying tournament, which runs from February 23 to March 4. The competition brings together nations from across North America, Central America and the Caribbean, with group winners progressing to the CONCACAF U-20 Championship later this year.

The British Virgin Islands have been drawn in Group C, where they will face strong regional opposition in Dominican Republic, Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Lucia and Dominica. All Group C fixtures will be played at the Complejo Deportivo FCRF-Plycem, providing a central venue for what promises to be a competitive and exciting week of football.
BVI U20 Group C Fixtures:
• February 24, 2026 – British Virgin Islands vs Dominica
• February 26, 2026 – Antigua & Barbuda vs British Virgin Islands
• March 3, 2026 – British Virgin Islands vs Saint Lucia
The qualifiers represent an important step in the international pathway, with progression offering the opportunity to compete against the region’s top nations later in the year. For Rob and Rush, the call-up is recognition of their continued development and performances at youth level, and an exciting chance to test themselves on the international stage.
Everyone at the club is immensely proud of both players on their selection and wishes them — and the British Virgin Islands U20 squad — every success in their CONCACAF campaign.
