Tonbridge Angels can confirm a new groundsharing agreement with FC Elmstead for season 2026/27.
FC Elmstead, which currently plays in the Southern Counties East Football League, Division One, will replace previous tenants Ide Hill FC.
They will play their home matches at the Yeomans Community Stadium, Longmead on Saturdays when the Angels’ Men’s first team is away and will train on Wednesday evenings.
Tonbridge Angels chair Sophie Purves thanked Ide Hill for their tenancy and wished the club all the very best for the future while welcoming the new arrangement with FC Elmstead:
“We very much look forward to FC Elmstead sharing our ground for the season. They are a very well established club with a good following and we welcome them to the Yeomans Community Stadium, Longmead,” she said.
The club, nicknamed The Cocks, have a management team of Brehnan Chidley, Billy Reynolds, Luke Snazel and Jordan Reynolds.
Brehnan Chidley said: “It’s a very exciting time ahead for FC Elmstead. Longmead will provide us with the surroundings to continue our improvement on and off the pitch and hopefully help us get a little closer to step five.
